The Avaya Definity 6402 is a Non Display Telephone set comes in gray or white and can be mounted on the wall or desktop in your office.

Features Include: 2 programmable Call Appearance/Feature buttons, Group Paging Feature to allow everyone you need to reach to hear your message at the same time, like a public announcement, Group Listening - Others can participated in listening without interrupting the call, Whisper Paging Feature, letting a second call go through while you are on a call.


The Definity 6402 phone provides fixed Feature buttons allowing access via the dialpad to 12 DEFINITY system features, a built-in 1-way (listen only) speakerphone, and eight personal ring options, Conference, Transfer, Hold, Speaker, Volume Control, Last Number Dialed, Wall Mountable and a Message Waiting Light.
